Q: My cast has swelling around it, is this a problem that should be addressed?
A: Swelling around the cast is normal. Here is a simple test: if you can place two fingers between the injured limb and the cast, you are fine. Remember to keep it elevated. If problems persist or you fail the test; contact our office at (662) 320-4008 or e-mail us.
